Founded on July 18, 1988 by Ralph Snyder, Lloyd Stevenson and Eldon Cook with the following goals:
The purposes for which this corporation is organized are:
To promote Cane Creek Community, to maintain a meeting facility for citizens of Cane Creek community, to organize activities for community clean up and other community activities.
The corporation shall have one class Of members composed of all citizens residing in Cane Creek Township, Mitchell County, North Carolina.
